1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nexchrono.com (the “Site”) and every purchase you make from NexChrono (“NexChrono,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Warranty, and Shipping Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Important: NexChrono is not an authorized dealer for, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rolex S.A., Rolex USA, or any other watch manufacturer named on this Site. All brand names, logos, and model names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Products, Condition & Authenticity

• Every watch we sell is inspected and authenticated by our in-house experts before it is listed.
• Watches are pre-owned unless described as “Unworn.” “Unworn” means a pre-owned watch that shows no signs of wrist wear; it does not mean the watch was purchased from an authorized dealer with a factory warranty.
• Conditions, accessories (boxes, papers, links), and service history are described on each product page. Photographs are of the actual watch unless stated otherwise.
• Each watch is a unique, single-quantity item. A watch may be sold in our showroom while it remains visible online; in that case we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or international fees unless stated otherwise. While we work hard to keep the Site accurate, pricing or typographical errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, in which case we will notify you and refund any amount paid in full.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm payment and dispatch your watch. We may decline or cancel any order — for example, where we suspect fraud, where the item is no longer available, or where a pricing error occurred — and will promptly refund any amount paid.

7. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Bank wire transfer. Place your order and our team will email you secure wire transfer instructions. Your watch is reserved when your order is placed.
• Credit or debit card via secure payment link. Place your order and we will email you a secure card payment link to complete your purchase.

Orders are held in “pending payment” status. Payment is due within five (5) business days of the order date unless otherwise agreed in writing; we may cancel unpaid orders after that period. Watches ship only after payment has cleared. For high-value transactions we may request reasonable identity verification to protect you and us against fraud.

8. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

Domestic (U.S.) orders ship free via FedEx overnight service, fully insured, with delivery on business days (Monday–Friday) and adult signature required. International shipping is available for an additional fee — see our International Shipping page; international customers are responsible for applicable duties and import taxes. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us immediately of any damage or discrepancy.

9. Returns & Refunds

Online purchases may be returned within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt, provided the watch remains in its original, unworn condition with all security stickers intact and all boxes, papers, and accessories included. You must notify our team before shipping a return, and return shipments must be postmarked within the 15-day window with return shipping and insurance paid by you. Approved refunds are issued for the purchase price less return shipping, insurance, and any transaction fees incurred. 10. Warranty

Mechanical watches purchased from NexChrono are covered by our one-year service assurance from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. The warranty covers mechanical function; it does not cover normal timekeeping variance, damage from misuse, impacts, scratches, or water exposure, or watches altered or repaired by unauthorized parties. 11. Selling or Trading Your Watch

If you sell a watch to us or consign with us, those transactions are governed by our Seller Terms & Conditions and Consignor Terms respectively.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, photographs, design, and logos owned by NexChrono — are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content, placing fraudulent orders, or impersonating any person or entity.

14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexChrono’s total liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NexChrono harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first at info@nexchrono.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order. The “Last updated” date below reflects the most recent revision.

18. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and NexChrono regarding purchases from the Site.
